The room we were offered an upgrade to was adequate and included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The breakfast had lots of food, like pancakes and hot waffles. The staff was courteous and polite all day long.

I like the pool and play areas and especially the Tiki Bar - the staff at the community Tiki Bar 'Gerard" is great - he makes everyone feel special and gives great service. We loved the pool and jacuzzi area - 3 pools - 2 jaccuzzi, putt goal, volley ball, basketgall etc. The Karokoe guy was also great - everyone danced, laughed, and had a great time !!!

They allow pets - not cool - dogs bark etc.

It's bright with exceptionally comfortable beds and amazing views.

the location was central, near to the entertainment center as well as all theme parks. the room was well-kept and nicely furnished with utensils and plates. the very amiable and caring staff with another manager provided all the necessary info.

The one-bedroom villa was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.

the washer and dryer did not work.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

I felt instantly at home in my spacious One-Bedroom Villa with a cozy living area that was perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up family meals, and the beautiful outdoor pools were a total hit with the kids! I loved relaxing with a drink by the sun terrace while soaking in the vibrant vibes around me.

The cleanliness of the hotel was barely adequate (musty rooms, even by Florida standards; someone left a cookie on the main entryway stairs for two days).

This hotel is low cost, it offers great services and has welcoming staff.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the variety of pools and activities my kids loved, like mini golf and the water slide. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions and dining options were accessible. I faced a little inconvenience when some outdoor amenities were closed without prior notice. It was a great experience with lots of family-friendly fun.

Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Only one pool was heated. Spa at night didn't seem as clean as it could have been but had been used all day by many guests.

Would appreciate some fresh fruit and non-sugary cereals added to breakfast selections.

The Two Bedroom Vacation Villa was surprisingly spacious, making me feel like I was living in my very own celebrity mansion-complete with a king bed master suite and living room that could easily host a small party for my fans! The fully equipped kitchen even had room for all my snack cravings, while the in-room laundry facilities meant I could wash my trending outfits without worrying about a fashion crisis.

One of the reasons I choose this hotel was for the wireless internet. The internet was out most of the time and when it did come up it would not work in the room and the hotel staff kept saying they were going to fix it but never once attempted to do so.
